We collect: order info (name, email, shipping address, phone if provided; payments processed securely — we never store card numbers); account info if you register; browsing info (device, browser, IP, pages visited via cookies/Shopify analytics); newsletter email if you subscribe.

We use it to fulfil orders (sharing your address with fulfilment/shipping partners), communicate about orders and support, send marketing only with opt-in (unsubscribe anytime), improve the store, prevent fraud, and meet legal duties (PIPEDA, Canada).

We share data only with Shopify, payment processors, shipping/fulfilment and email providers — we never sell personal information.

Under PIPEDA you may request access/correction of your data and withdraw marketing consent anytime via our Contact page; we respond within 30 days.
